New Build Sevenoaks

Construction of new house for private client.

The project involved excavation works into an earth bank to create a level foundation to build upon and the provision of new retaining walls to hold the earth back.

The house was constructed using a timber frame and fitted out with high quality finishes, underfloor heating and an oak staircase.

Extensive landscaping works completed the project with the formation of a private entrance and drive.
