Spring 2017

Plot 'A' complete and landscaping established.

November 2016

Scaffold erected and shell construction started on Plot 'C'.

Scaffold down and shell complete on Plot 'A'.

August 2016

Blockwork for DPC and installation of drainage on Plot 'C'.

Roof and underfloor heating installation to Plot 'A'.

July 2016

Preparation of the footings for Plot 'C'.

June 2016

Installation of timber floor joists and flooring to Plot 'A' and start of construction on Plot 'B'.

Brickwork to Plot 'A'.

May 2016

Scaffolding in place ready for the erection of the timber frame.

April 2016

Ground level blockwork up to DPC with foul water and soil pipes in place. Steels then positioned to support the first floor flooring joists.

March 2016 - Plot 'A' is underway.
