A conversion from an old farm building into new offices over two storeys, with new floors laid on the ground floor and on the first floor, new walls, insulation, stud walling and vision panels. Fully carpeted and vinyl flooring laid. Toilet and small kitchens fitted and also fully decorated on completion.

Highpoint constructed all the groundwork and infrastructure for a new modular building, including a play area, fencing and paths around the building. We also organized and oversaw the installation of the new 12m x 21m building for the new nursery unit.

A new three storey rear extension, forming a larger kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, plus a utility room and cloakroom. Also supplied and fitted the new kitchen and utility room.

On the first floor, two new bedrooms were built, one with en suite, as well as one new office and a new bathroom. On the top floor a new bedroom with en suite was built.

Outside, a new patio and walling was built, also incorporating 6.5m bi-folding doors and a glass roof on the ground floor plus under-floor heating.
